John Peppitt
Director, Advisory Corporate Finance
John is a Director in Deloitte’s Real Estate M&A business which sits within the firm’s Advisory Corporate Finance division.
With approaching 20 years of real estate experience John has worked, principally, client-side at Derwent London plc, Delek Group plc, FREO Group and CapitaLand; the latter he set up their London office and was instrumental in their re-entering of the UK and European market deploying close to £1bn over 4 years.
A Chartered Surveyor by training, John has always worked within real estate investment and asset management where he has transacted over £1.8bn of deals and managed portfolios up to £2.4bn in value across multiple sectors and geographies from the UK to Western and Eastern Europe.
