James Macpherson

James is a Partner in Deloitte's International Assignment Services practice and has over 20 years of experience working in international mobility and cross border reward. In particular, he has led global engagement teams supporting clients in both the financial services and the oil and gas sector. He has also led and implemented a number of projects around the feasibility and implementation of global employment companies and international mobility function effectiveness reviews.
