John Poulton

John is a director in Deloitte’s national Business Modelling and Analytics Group and leads the Regional modelling team, currently based out of Birmingham and Manchester. John specialises in the use of data analytics and modelling to bring insight to our client’s complex business decisions, as well as providing model assurance for stakeholders involved in complex investment decisions.

John has specialist experience in transaction modelling bringing a combination of commercial, data, and finance skills to create value through the end-to-end M&A lifecycle and beyond. He has worked on a wide range of transactions including restructuring and refinancing deals, bid support modelling and vendor assistance.

John has provided modelling support to clients in various industries most notably in Real Estate, Retail and Manufacturing.
