Lucy is a Performance Improvement Partner specialising in Managed Exits and Corporate Simplification. Lucy has over 18 years Advisory experience which has been gained across Europe, the Middle East and Asia. Lucy studied Business Law in the U.K and holds an LLB (Hons) degree.

Lucy has experience in working with large listed multi-nationals as well as SMEs, specialist financial investors and lenders alike. Engagements cover both stressed and non-stressed situations at various points of the corporate life cycle with a focus on managed wind downs, carve outs and legal entity rationalisations as a mechanism to reduce costs and create efficiencies and operational restructurings as part of a turnaround/exit strategy.

Lucy is a UK qualified restructuring and insolvency practitioner.
