Lucy Bubb

Lucy is an Associate Director in Deloitte’s Board Advisory Practice, which specialises in independent board effectiveness, governance and risk reviews in public and private sector organisations. She brings extensive experience in reviewing and improving leadership and governance arrangements across the NHS as well as corporate, education and charitable sectors. She is keen to share learning and insight with all her clients, both within and across sectors. She has a background in NHS finance (CPFA qualified) and operational management, and holds a BSc in Mathematical Studies from Goldsmith’s College, University of London.
