Lizzie Hill

Lizzie specialises in advising privately owned and family businesses, and their owners. Her tax expertise spans corporate, personal and shareholder tax, with particular expertise in the field of transactions (buy- and sell- side), as well as demergers and reorganisations, on which she is a specialist for the firm. Further areas of tax expertise include business relief from inheritance tax and succession planning.

With significant experience in assisting companies as they prepare for and go through a listing, Lizzie is also one of our Capital Markets tax specialists nationally. She also sits on Deloitte’s UK Private Tax Executive.
