Luboslav Karkalik

Lubo is a Director in Deloitte’s Portfolio Lead Advisory Services business based in London. Lubo has extensive credit pricing, structuring and transaction preparation and execution experience, advising banks, private equity funds, governments and alternative lenders on acquisition, divestment of performing, non-performing, non-core credit assets and platforms across multiple geographies. In the last couple of years Lubo has developed a focus on the UK market, predominantly looking at non-core asset disposal, funding solutions and capital optimisation strategies.

Prior to Deloitte, Lubo was a senior member of Alantra’s ACPAI and KPMG’s PSG teams, having started his career in restructuring services with KPMG, focusing on formal insolvencies and financial distress advise.
