Laura Scarpa

Laura has 17 years’ experience in the Insurance and Reinsurance markets. She leads Deloitte’s General Insurance sub-sector and her focus is on leading regulatory, strategy and business model projects in the sector. She regularly works with insurers, brokers, new start ups and investors in the insurance sector.

Recent projects have focused on supporting entities understand the regulatory implications of different operating model changes e.g. setting up an insurance carrier, assurance over large scale regulatory change projects e.g. Brexit and regulatory due diligence.
