Marc Burns

Marc leads a national Change Risk team, supporting organisations to develop successful portfolio-wide change strategies, including developing change frameworks and approaches. Marc advises senior executives on how to understand and manage key risks through the preparation, planning, execution and delivery of the associated change programmes, including agile methodologies, to reach the desired outcomes.

Marc and his teams deliver a variety of change related services supporting business, IT, operational, compliance and regulatory transformation and change initiatives to be successful; including programme assurance, advisory support on specific topic areas, capability/programme assessments, governance and risk management effectiveness, control frameworks, and executive-level PMO functions.
