Matt is the Partner in charge of Deloitte’s UK Transaction services business. With over 25 years at Deloitte and 21 years of Transaction experience, Matt has advised on a variety of cross border and UK IPOs, Class 1 transactions, Demergers and all other capital markets transactions. Prior to this role, Matt was Head of ECM (Equity Capital Markets team) for 5 years, advising on some of the largest ECM deals ever in the UK and Europe.
