Mandy Yau

Mandy is a Director in the Real Estate Tax Group in London. She has extensive experience advising a range of private family office and institutional fund investors on structuring property investments and executing transactions in UK and Continental Europe.

Mandy has significant experience in supporting Asian real estate investors in their European real estate investment strategy, and often travels to Asia to serve our Asian real estate investor clients.

Mandy has advised on a wide range of transactions with examples such as:

• Advising a Hong Kong investor on the acquisition of a number of central London office assets, with a total value in excess of £2 billion; and

• Establishing a European investment platform for a Chinese investor and advising on office and logistics investments into Europe totalling over £3.5 billion;

• Advising a Singaporean investor on their debut London office acquisition, and subsequent to this their entry into continental Europe.
