Mark Stokes

Mark is a Partner in Deloitte’s Private Client Services team and leads our Family Office Services group, having specialised in advising families and their Family Offices throughout his career.

Mark’s clients are primarily internationally mobile families, based both in the UK and overseas, with complex affairs and investment structures. Mark advises his clients on a wide range of private client matters including residence and domicile, succession planning, business structures, sale of businesses, real estate investment, investment structures, philanthropy, and the acquisition of lifestyle assets.

Mark has a particular focus on Real Estate investment and is a senior member of Deloitte’s Family Office Real Estate team which advises families in respect of their commercial Real Estate investments.

Mark is a member of the Chartered Institute of Taxation and was twice recognised as one of ePrivateclient’s Top 35 Under 35.
