Matt Batham

Matt is a Chartered Accountant who leads the Consumer Business Tax practice. He has 19 years’ experience in tax and focuses on US multinationals, particularly the hotel sector. Matt’s experience includes projects investing in the UK, Europe and further afield. He has worked extensively in acquisition and disposal planning, corporate structuring and tax compliance. Matt has spent two tranches of his career in the US and has experience working with matter affecting US headquartered groups.
