Matt Ward

Matt is an audit partner with a specialisation in working with PE-backed businesses, developed through a focus on leading PE-backed audit and assurance services over the past 10 years. Matt utilises his experience at Deloitte and his time spent as an FC in a PE-backed business to advise his clients on the complexities that being a PE-backed business brings. He has advised numerous clients in the lead-up to and through exit processes. Matt currently leads Deloitte’s PE-backed audit activities in London and the South East.
