Mark is a Partner within our transactions practice based in London. Mark has over 17 years’ experience of advising both private equity and corporate clients. He specialises in leading high profile, international acquisitions, disposals and carve outs. He is based in London.

Mark is a chartered accountant and Fellow of the ICAEW. Mark graduated from Imperial College with a degree in Mathematics and Physics
