Max Davenport

Max is a manager in the Business Modelling & Analytics team with experience developing decision support and analytics tools for a range of industries, in particular for public sector and technology clients.

Max has experience delivering Excel-based financial models to help clients assess business cases, investment appraisals, M&A deals and to support business planning and forecasting.

Max has supported numerous large-scale business transformations for both public and private sector clients. This included creating scenario-based cost models, strategic options assessments and developing management information and reporting tools.

Max is qualified as a Chartered Accountant through the ICAEW following his prior experience working as an auditor, where he focused on auditing FTSE 100 clients.
