Marian Bloodworth

Marian helps clients manage their HR and regulatory risk. In addition to day to day people issues, she advises on the employment law implications and challenges of regulatory regime requirements and also supports the employment aspects of internal and external regulatory investigations.

She is an experienced independent investigator herself, having acted on a range of investigations into alleged employee and director misconduct.

Marian’s clients are predominantly in the financial services sector, including insurance, fintech and regtech businesses. She also supports clients in the technology, travel, professional services and healthcare sectors.
Her work includes advising on senior level disputes and exits, misuse of confidential information, complex and high-value litigation, gig economy and platform related legal issues.

She is the outgoing Chair of the national Employment Lawyers Association and is an Advisory Board member of Women in Banking and Finance.
