Maria is the lead Director for our Corporate Treasury Assurance offering, specialising in the provision of financial instrument accounting advice for complex treasury transactions. She has over 12 years of audit and advisory experience servicing a variety of corporate and financial services clients. Maria’s vast portfolio of clients has provided her with significant exposure to a broad range of treasury issues. In particular she has extensive experience advising clients on the accounting impacts of structured debt and financing transactions, group restructurings, GAAP conversions and comparisons and the implementation of hedge accounting. Maria offers a pragmatic approach to providing quality accounting solutions and delivers clear, concise messages on complex financial instrument issues.
