Nicolas Auer

Nicolas is a Senior Consultant in Deloitte’s Travel, Hospitality & Leisure (THL) Advisory practice and has more than 6 years of professional experience in the hospitality industry. His areas of expertise include transactions, feasibility studies, hotel operator search & selection processes, financial modelling, operating agreement benchmarking as well as market and competitor analyses. He worked on international projects across the UK, Europe, the Middle East, and the Americas in both emerging as well as mature markets and delivered services including Commercial DD, M&A support, feasibility studies and strategic advisory.

Prior to joining Deloitte, Nicolas held positions in hotel and F&B operations in Switzerland, European hotel real estate brokerage at HVS Hodges Ward Elliott as well as corporate real estate & asset management for Hilton’s global portfolio.

Nicolas holds a BSc (Hons) in International Hospitality Management from Ecole hôtelière de Lausanne with a specialisation in strategic hotel investment and hotel development.
