Nick is the Chair of the UK’s Performance Improvement offering, which incorporates our Corporate Turnaround, Debt & Capital Advisory and Value Creation Services teams.
Nick has over 30 years of experience working with a wide range of stakeholders of underperforming businesses to develop and deliver effective turnaround and restructuring solutions. He has a pragmatic approach and works collaboratively with key stakeholders to understand their perspectives and seeks to ensure Deloitte connect the right experts to deliver best value to clients. Nick is also an experienced licensed insolvency practitioner.
He has worked across a broad range of industries, including business services, consumer, hospitality, healthcare, infrastructure, manufacturing, oil & gas, real estate and retail.
