Naomi Hudson

Naomi is a consulting partner specialising in implementing complex, large-scale cost-reduction programmes for blue-chip clients across diverse sectors, including consumer goods, media and entertainment, retail, and infrastructure. Many of Naomi's programmes have moved the share price and she is at ease with the FTSE 10 C suite.

She leads the Deloitte private sector cost reduction practice and previously king pinned large cost programmes at McKinsey and Accenture, building the strategic shaping of cost, re-investment, fuel for growth and transformation narrative with her clients. At Accenture she led the cost reduction practice in the UK and across EMEA.
