Nathan Male

Nathan leads the Deloitte UK Payroll & Workforce Management group which is part of the firm’s Global Employer Services practice.

In addition to his leadership role, he serves as a Client Account Partner across a number of our clients and industry sectors. He supports clients across the breadth of payroll and compensation management for mobile individuals, payroll outsourced delivery and advisory projects such as vendor selection, payroll strategy and the design and implementation of global mobility and payroll and workforce management technology solutions.

Nathan has a particular interest in supporting clients on how best to use technology and automation to deliver and manage their payroll and mobility programmes. He has over 20 years’ experience of working with Deloitte’s largest clients, typically implementing complex global projects with a technology underpin working with multiple client stakeholders.

Nathan is a member of the Chartered Institute of Taxation and has broad experience across the employee compensation, taxation and payroll arena.
