Paul Collard

Paul is responsible for the operational running of the Defence account and also the GPS element of the Strategy and Analytics practice. He is also responsible for our Front Line Command work and leads several programmes , predominantly in Army. A chartered accountant and former Army officer Paul has been with Deloitte for 16 years. Paul’s experience extends from complex procurement, VfM and financial analysis, where he has led teams on a number of large programmes, to driving insight in pursuit of better decision support through the use of analytics.
