Pavel Delvig

Pavel is a Director in the London tax depreciation team and has specialised in capital allowances since joining Deloitte in 2003. He advises clients from a broad range of industries on tax depreciation opportunities, with a primary focus on real estate and substantial experience in the sector.

Pavel leads the capital allowances aspects of the due diligence and structuring of real estate transactions, and advises property investors in respect of tax depreciation opportunities around a wide variety of construction, refurbishment, fit-out and property acquisition projects.

Pavel is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales (FCA).
