Paolo Esposito

Paolo is responsible for the Hedging Advisory and Derivatives Execution team, which focuses on advising clients on the management of financial risks, such as foreign exchange, interest rate, commodity and inflation, typically in the context of M&A or debt issuance events, or for operational hedging programmes.

Paolo has more than 15 years of experience working with Board of Directors, Corporate Treasurers and Private Equity professionals in the UK and Europe. During this time, he has advised some of the largest global corporates and some of the most sophisticated investors on tens of Billions of derivatives engagements.

Paolo has authored articles for financial publications, spoke at events and webinars promoted by Treasury professional associations in the UK (Association of Corporate Treasurers) and Italy (AITI) and lectured on Financial Risk Management at Bocconi Business School, Milan and at the Mumbai International School of Business.
