Paul Markham

Paul is a Partner within the Bristol transaction services team with over 11 years experience of providing financial due diligence services (VDDs, ADDs, ECM work and Re-financings) to clients.

He works with a wide variety of clients, however, he specialises in working with mid-market private equity firms and their portfolio companies. Paul has a wide variety of sector experience, albeit with a significant proportion in the TMT and Business Services sectors.
