Philip Rees

Philip specialises in valuations focused on the assessment of damages in litigation and arbitration proceedings, shareholder or contractual disputes, pre-litigation valuation advice, valuations under Articles of Association, and settlement agreement valuations. Recently, he has advised to an Arbitration Tribunal in respect of the value of an Eastern European bank, worked for a national Financial Supervisory Authority, and assessed the alleged damage to an internationally recognised brand.
