Priyen Patel

Priyen advises clients across the Defence & Security sector on strategy and major transformation. This has included the shape of multi-billion programmes in the defence sector, including submarines and surface ships, as well as complex weapons and combat air. This has resulted in major deals between the governments and industry to ensure those programmes can be set-up for success and run to deliver on schedule and cost.

He has also supported clients on step-change improvements in their operations to drive delivery performance and better value to customers, including managing the implementation effort to embed lasting change in service offering, capabilities and core business processes.

Prior to Deloitte, Priyen had a successful career in the UK Treasury and the Foreign & Commonwealth Office as part of the diplomatic service specialising in economics and finance.
