Raphael Chopin

Raphael joined Deloitte UK Real Estate M&A in June 2022, where he focuses on corporate transactions. He has over 15 years of experience in Investment Banking, primarily in M&A.

Prior to Deloitte, Raphael was a Director at HSBC, where he was focusing on the French and Continental European markets, covering all asset classes including Shopping centers, Offices, Residential, Hospitality, Student accommodation, Logistics and Self-storage.

His transaction track-record includes sell-side & buy-side transactions including public transactions, mergers, fairness opinions, strategic reviews, joint ventures, IPOs and equity capital raisings.

He has been exposed to Corporate & Platform transactions as well as Portfolio & Asset deals.

Client coverage includes Private Equity funds, Institutional investors, Pension funds & SWFs, Asset Managers, REITs, Corporates and Property developers.

Raphael graduated from ESCP Business School (Paris) in 2005.
