Radhika Patel

Rad Patel is a Director in Deloitte’s corporate finance advisory team, specialising in Healthcare and Life Sciences. Rad has over 13 years corporate finance experience having provided strategic and M&A advice (strategic options; business preparation for sale; business modelling, valuations, acquisition and divestment; and capital raising) to owner managed businesses, private equity and corporate organisations. She has advised on 30+ transactions with a cumulative deal value of over £3bn.

Rad presented at the 2019 Innovate Finance Global Summit and has a particular interest in technology that is disrupting the Healthcare and Pharmaceutical sectors. Her team at Deloitte were recognised as Corporate Financier of the Year at the 2021 HealthInvestor Awards and the 2019 LaingBuisson Awards.

Rad holds a BSc in Economics from Cambridge University and is a qualified Chartered accountant.
