Richard Baderman

Richard is a partner in Deloitte’s Life Science Technology Practice and specialises in IT Transformation including IT M&A. Richard has over nineteen years experience of leading complex IT transformation programmes. He has worked extensively at Board level and is highly focussed on the commercial benefits that can be delivered to businesses through optimising the IT function.

Richard has deep experience of M&A, having worked on over 30 transactions, he has developed IT PMO methodologies focussed on delivering real business outcomes in situations where client access, availability of information and time are limited.

Richard has strong technical experience across a broad range of IT capabilities including IT Strategy, IT Sourcing, Financial Management, Service Management, Demand Management and Programme Delivery. He also has significant experience in managing a complex set of senior stakeholders and excels in communicating ideas in order to gain traction supporting the implementation of change.
