Rinesh advises on mergers and acquisitions for consumer facing businesses. He has particular focus on fashion brands, retail and consumer goods, advising boards, shareholders and industry leaders across the business lifecycle.

He specialises in transaction advisory services to corporates, private equity and management teams. The specific areas he most frequently advises on are business disposals, acquisitions, MBO’s and capital raisings, from deal origination through to transaction execution.
