Rebecca Findlay

Rebecca is a Director in Deloitte’s Managed Solutions business and combines a strong regulatory background with large scale operational design, customer contact and delivery expertise.

Rebecca has over 15 years experience in programme management, cross-sectors, specialising in the end-to-end delivery of large scale, complex regulatory and managed document review.

Her experience includes:

• Responsibility for Deloitte’s UK managed document review business working with a number of clients across different industries ranging from standard relevancy/redaction reviews, pre or on-going litigation matters and data subject access requests.
• Setting up and managing a wide range of outsourced regulatory review and compensation processing operations for UK banks, insurers and a statutory body with teams of up to 500 FTE.
• Secondments as design lead for remediation activity within a large insurance firm and a public sector organisation.
