Richard Parsons

Richard heads the Private Equity Coverage team in Deloitte’s Corporate Finance Advisory practice. He has more than 18 years’ experience working as an M&A adviser including 12 focused solely on the Private Equity market. As a result Richard has a deep understanding of the Private Equity market and is involved in every Private Equity transaction completed by the lead advisory practice (over 100 completed transactions in the past three years).

Richard is a qualified accountant and has a first class honours in Natural Sciences from Durham University.
