Robert is a Disputes Lawyer in the Deloitte Legal team in London. He specialises in resolving English Law disputes, either in the Courts of England and Wales or in London-seated arbitrations.

He has particular expertise in resolving complex and valuable commercial disputes where technology is at the heart of the claim, and providing litigation and risk advisory services to clients within Deloitte Legal.

Robert regularly acts on disputes relating to complex commercial contracts, negligence, M&A transactions, recovery of assets, breach of confidence, trade secrets, and data privacy, and preparing clients for the growth of data privacy class actions against technology businesses.
