Rob’s consulting career has been built around his core strengths in leadership and PPM, focusing on two key areas:
- The execution of strategic change, either shaping and leading major change programmes or transforming organisational capability for C-level clients.
- The development and leadership of two Consulting Practices (UK Central Government and Global Manufacturing).
After taking brief career break to travel and get married he was formerly the Manufacturing Practice Lead for Pcubed, a niche PPM centric consultancy. The role included a mix of C-level sales and relationship management with P&L responsibility; strategic execution and complex programme delivery; building and directing an effective vertical management team; value proposition and IP development.
