Rob Hughes

Rob is a partner in the US Capital Markets & Reporting team within Audit & Assurance at Deloitte. He advises on US GAAP and IFRS financial reporting, US capital markets transactions (debt and equity), SEC reporting, PCAOB auditing and SOX internal control. Rob has experience of serving a wide range of industry sectors including TMT, Consumer Business, Real Estate and Infrastructure and has worked with a range of SEC registrants and UK FTSE 100/350 companies over the last 23 years.
