Roger Lamont

Roger leads the Treasury Diligence & Operations team and has Treasury experience advising clients on the management of financial risks, such as foreign exchange and interest rate exposures, and financial assets and liabilities, typically within the framework of a private equity or corporate transaction or a refinancing, throughout the M&A lifecycle from diligence to carve out and development of best in class operations. He also works with clients to develop Treasury functions, financial risk management policies and implement hedging strategies.
