Ross Markham

Ross is an Associate Director in Deloitte’s Global Workforce Consulting in EMEA where he leads some of the largest and most complex workforce transformation programmes. Ross leads the GES Mobility ERP offering, helping organisations to leverage their ERP technology to manage their global workforce.

He has deep experience of partnering with organisations across all industries and geographies on their global workforce strategies, organisation design, operating models, international assignments, workforce technology, vendor management, and change management.

Ross also leads the Deloitte Global Workforce M&A practice, supporting organisations to harmonise and optimise their legacy global workforce programmes.

Outside of work, Ross enjoys spending time with his five young children.
