Rosanna’s work focuses on the provision of strategic crisis management and crisis communication support across multiple disciplines, but with a focus on Consumer Products and retail. Over the past 10 years, Rosanna has helped clients to improve their crisis and resilience capability, navigate challenging issues, and hold in-depth crisis reviews. Rosanna focuses on helping teams and organisations to develop fit for purpose plans and procedures in advance of known and unknown events. She helps clients to understand the best, most likely and worst case scenarios to realise the challenges and opportunities, and plan accordingly. She specialises in building crisis teams’ capability and experience through immersive training and simulation exercises. She has extensive experience developing scenarios that range from reputation-driven crises (e.g. governance) to health and safety major incidents (e.g. pandemic). Rosanna is the Chief of Staff to the Consumer and Responsible Business campaign.
