Roman Webber

Roman has nearly 30 years’ experience of advising clients on UK and international tax. He specialises in the energy, resources and industrials sector and has extensive M&A experience, including public transactions.

Earlier in his career Roman spent a year on secondment at Shell leading the work on a disposal of one of its businesses in over 40 countries. Roman represents Deloitte on industry bodies such as the UK Oil Industry Taxation Committee and the International Council for Metals and Mining.

He studied Politics, Philosophy & Economics at Oxford University
