Sam leads Deloitte's Private Client Business team in the South West and Wales, acting for a number of the region’s rich list clients. Sam has extensive experience advising on all personal tax issues, including tax planning, tax efficient structuring of investments, corporate and property transactions, succession planning and trust planning.

Sam has particular expertise in advising professional practices, acting for many of the UK’s largest law firms and specialising in partnership mergers, demergers, LLP incorporation and property ventures.

Sam also leads Deloitte’s national Private Client compliance services, transforming tax compliance service delivery to clients through implementation of technology-based solutions and establishing a national Centre of Excellence.
