Sarika Karia

Sarika is an associate director in the Real Estate Tax group and has experience in providing advice to investors on the tax aspects of real estate acquisition, developments and disposals in the UK and Europe. This includes corporate due diligence, fund set-up and cross-border tax structuring of real estate assets. Her clients include institutional clients (including pension funds and sovereign wealth funds), private equity and other funds, private businesses and listed companies.

Sarika completed her undergraduate at UCL in Law and French Law, and is a Chartered Accountant and a Chartered Tax Adviser.
