Simon joined Deloitte in 2007 as a Partner and has over 25 years experience in defining and delivering cost reduction and asset management projects to clients in Europe, Asia, Africa and the United States. He has significant experience in traditional and M&A cost reduction environments and working with Private Equity organisations and their portfolio companies. Simon leads Deloitte’s Strategic Cost Transformation M&A consulting teams within Deloitte Consulting and oversees all Deloitte cost reduction and operational excellence work for private sector clients.
Simon works across a broad range of industries, including life sciences & health care, oil and gas, automotive, manufacturing, aerospace and consumer businesses and asset intensive clients. Projects include rapid, tactical engagements and long term strategic restructuring of major business portfolios.
