Siobhan Durcan

Siobhan is a Partner at Deloitte in Jersey and has extensive experience in offshore markets. She has over 18 years’ experience in financial markets with a portfolio of audit clients including real estate structures, private equity funds and family office wealth management vehicles.

Siobhan is responsible for leading the offshore real estate sector group, setting the strategy and overseeing the marketing and training of the group. She also acts as partner for several large pan-European real estate structures including Europa Capital, Rockspring and Henderson Park RE Funds, where she leads the group engagements.

Siobhan also acts as engagement partner on several listed funds and has led a number of carried interest projects including assisting with the interpretation of legal agreements, review of carried interest models and verification of carried interest prior to payment.

Siobhan is a qualified chartered accountant and management accountant.
