Shaun Webb

 Shaun is a Director in our Private Markets Tax practice and spends his time advising high growth businesses and on transactions, including public transactions.

Shaun focuses on supporting clients through critical moments, including fund raises, international expansion, M&A and exit events.

He is also part of the Deloitte Equity Capital Markets team, supporting business from across Europe to achieve a successful listing in the UK and US markets.
