Shahir Magan

Shahir is an experienced financial modeller specialising in Public Sector and Real Estate. He helps organisations to create and improve processes for delivering insights and enabling better decisions. This includes the specification, design and build of bespoke analytics, tools and models as well as understanding and managing data.

Prior to joining Deloitte in July 2017, Shahir worked in the Business Modelling team at Telereal Trillium, one of the UK's largest property companies, for four years. His work included deal planning, portfolio forecasting and strategic analysis on public sector portfolios.

He has skills in Microsoft Excel based financial modelling as well as working with other platforms, such as SQL and R, to manage and analyse data.
