Sophie Allan

Sophie is an experienced Director in the Real Assets Advisory team at Deloitte. She specialises in development consultancy, funding, business case and agency advice. She has a particular focus on advising public sector clients, especially in relation to driving commercial value and exploring funding routes for development alongside infrastructure. Sophie’s projects tend to be in London or the South East, with a particular interest in the OxCam Arc. She has also undertaken two substantial secondments with public clients.
