An international trade lawyer by background, Stacey Toder Feldman is a Director on Deloitte's Global Export Controls and Sanctions (GECS) team. Stacey has almost 20 years’ of experience advising clients on international trade matters.

A specialist in both EU and US dual-use and military controls, Stacey also frequently advises on control regimes throughout Asia, the Middle East and Africa. Stacey specialises in helping clients identify and minimise risk by implementing leading practice compliance frameworks, including: conducting mass volume classification exercises; and leading multi-jurisdictional risk reviews, gap analyses, audits and internal investigations.

Prior to joining Deloitte, Stacey worked in private practice for major global law firms in both the US and UK. Before entering private practice, Stacey also worked at the United Nations, where she advised the International Atomic Energy Agency on various plenary negotiations dealing with nuclear non-proliferation and WMD issues.
