Sofia Triantafyllou is an Associate Director in Deloitte’s Risk Advisory practice with over 12 years of experience and focuses on business transformation risk advisory services. Sofia has strong project/programme management advisory experience across the project lifecycle having set up large PMO functions for regulatory programmes, designed and implemented project management strategies and frameworks, run the PMO functions in large financial services clients and managed several high profile change internal audits. Sofia has also managed a large number of technology risk and advisory projects and has extensive experience in IT and Business Controls across the financial sector.
